Using Microsoft 365, but nobody in the company has time to keep an eye on permissions, security settings and backups? We take over the administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Intune and Azure — on site in Warsaw and remotely across Poland. We do not sell licences and we do not push you into the cloud: we administer what you already have, and if you are still choosing, we work out honestly whether the cloud or your own server is cheaper.
What we do in Microsoft 365
- Accounts and permissions — creating and disabling users (onboarding and offboarding), groups, admin roles, assigning licences from the pool you already own.
- Exchange Online — shared mailboxes, aliases, transport rules, correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, protection against phishing and spoofing of your domain.
- SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams — site and team structure, permissions, external sharing under control rather than “anyone with the link”.
- Security — MFA for everyone, Conditional Access, blocking legacy authentication, reviewing Secure Score and alerts.
- Microsoft 365 backup — the recycle bin and versioning are not a backup. We set up a copy of mail, OneDrive and SharePoint outside the tenant, on your server or with an independent provider.
Entra ID and Intune — identity and devices
- Entra ID — single sign-on (SSO) to applications, Conditional Access, review of accounts holding Global Administrator rights, guest accounts with expiry dates.
- Hybrid with on-premises Active Directory — Entra Connect (formerly Azure AD Connect), password synchronisation, one identity in the office and in the cloud. A natural extension of our Windows server administration.
- Intune — enrolling computers and phones, security policies (BitLocker encryption, screen lock, updates), remote application deployment, Autopilot for new laptops, remote wipe of a lost device.
Azure — virtual machines, backup, disaster recovery
- Virtual machines — Windows Server and Linux in Azure, virtual networks, security groups, site-to-site VPN to your office.
- Azure Backup and Site Recovery — off-site backup and a standby environment for the server that sits in your office. We test the restore rather than assume it works.
- Cost control — budgets, alerts, shutting down resources nobody uses, right-sizing machines. An Azure bill can grow quietly.
Cloud or your own server? We calculate, we don’t guess
We have no interest in you choosing the cloud — or in you avoiding it. We administer both worlds: Windows and Linux servers in your office, Nextcloud and self-hosted e-mail, as well as Microsoft 365 and Azure. When choosing, we compare real costs over three years: licences, hardware, power, administration time and downtime risk. A hybrid often makes the most sense — data and application servers on site, e-mail and identity in the cloud.
How we work
- Tenant review — we check MFA, the number of Global Administrators, external sharing, mail rules, backups and unused licences. You get a prioritised list of recommendations.
- Clean-up — we implement the recommendations in stages, so that nobody gets cut off from e-mail in the middle of the day.
- Ongoing administration — as part of managed IT support or as a separate service, billed hourly or as a fixed monthly fee.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell Microsoft 365 licences?
No. You buy licences directly from Microsoft or from any distributor — we only do the administration. That lets us advise on a licensing plan without a conflict of interest, and we usually help cut the number of licences you pay for but nobody uses.
We have on-premises Active Directory — do we have to give it up?
No. Entra Connect links the local domain with the cloud: users have one password for their computer, e-mail and Teams, and you keep control of the server in your office. Moving fully to the cloud only makes sense when nothing ties you to the local server any more — and we check that before proposing anything.
Does Microsoft back up our e-mail and files?
Not in the sense you need. The recycle bin, versioning and retention protect you from a mistake made a few days ago, but not from ransomware, a malicious employee or a deleted account. A copy outside the tenant is a separate tool, which we set up and test periodically.
How much does Microsoft 365 administration cost?
It depends on the number of users and the scope — tidying up a 10-person tenant is one thing, a hybrid with Intune on 80 computers is another. We bill hourly or as a fixed monthly fee. We prepare the quote after the tenant review, once we know what actually needs doing.
