Nextcloud for Business — Private Cloud

Nextcloud for business is a private cloud on your own server: files, calendars, contacts and team collaboration — with no per-user subscription fees and without handing your data to external giants. We deploy, secure and maintain complete Nextcloud environments.

What subscription cloud really costs

Popular cloud suites cost tens of euros per month for every employee. With 15 people that is thousands per year — every year, indefinitely — and once you stop paying you are left without the tool and with the problem of getting your data back. Your own Nextcloud is a one-off cost of deployment and hardware; the number of users does not change the licence price, because there is no licence.

What your own Nextcloud gives your company

  • Company files under control — sync to computers and phones, sharing via links with passwords and expiry dates.
  • Document collaboration — Collabora Online lets you work on Word and Excel files without sending them anywhere; several people can edit the same document at once.
  • Calendars and contacts — shared team schedules synchronised with phones and mail clients.
  • Desktop and mobile apps — offline access, automatic synchronisation, phone photo backup.
  • Video calls and chat — built-in communication without external messengers.
  • No per-user fees — open-source licensing; you pay for deployment and care, not for every employee every month.

Security and GDPR

With your own server you know exactly where your clients’ and employees’ personal data physically sits — which simplifies GDPR documentation and answering client questions about data processing. We configure encrypted connections, two-factor authentication, folder-level permissions and backups: both local and off-site.

How we deploy

Installation on your server (on-premises or rented), HTTPS and backup configuration, user account integration, desktop and mobile apps, team onboarding. Then ongoing care: updates, monitoring, and backups verified with restore tests.

Frequently asked questions

Is Nextcloud difficult to use?

For the user it looks and behaves like the popular cloud drives: a folder on the computer, an app on the phone, a browser. A short introduction for the team is usually enough.

Where does the server have to be?

It can sit in your office, in a data centre or on a rented machine — in every case you remain the owner of the data. We will advise which option fits, based on data volume, number of people and whether you mostly work from the office or remotely.

What about backups?

We configure them right at deployment — an inseparable part of the service, not an add-on. Copies also go off the server running Nextcloud and are periodically tested for restoration.

Can data be migrated from Google Drive or OneDrive?

Yes. We handle migration of files together with the folder structure as part of the deployment, usually without interrupting work — users switch to the new tool only once everything is already in place.

Ask about a Nextcloud deployment

We will calculate what you save compared with subscriptions and explain how migration works. No obligation.
