2. What we process and why

  • Contact form — name, e-mail, phone (optional) and message content, in order to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Server logs — IP address and basic technical data, for security and reliability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Ad measurement — only with your consent (cookie banner): cookie identifiers used to measure Google Ads conversions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies.

3. Cookies

  • Essential — e.g. pll_language (remembering your language) and remembering your consent choice.
  • Marketing (Google Ads) — set only after you click “Accept” in the banner; used to measure whether our Google ads lead to inquiries. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Without consent, the Google tag runs in cookieless Consent Mode with limited, anonymised data.

4. Recipients & your rights

The site runs on the controller’s own infrastructure. Ad measurement data (with consent) goes to Google Ireland Ltd., which may transfer data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl). Providing form data is voluntary but necessary to receive a reply.
